ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

We utilize NZ Post for all domestic deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

• Standard Delivery: 1–4 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

RAD MAG currently ships exclusively within New Zealand. Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout; we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

While we currently focus on New Zealand, should international shipping be enabled:

• Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs fees.

• RAD MAG has no control over these charges.

• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the order is non-refundable as these costs are non-recoverable.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. For damaged goods, please include high-resolution photos of the packaging and product to expedite a replacement or refund.
