Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Costs

We utilize NZ Post and Aramex for all domestic deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

• Standard Delivery: 1–4 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Destinations

RAD MAG ships worldwide. Orders within New Zealand typically arrive within 1–3 business days; international orders vary by destination (usually 5–15 business days). Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.

International customers: any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the order total.

International Duties & Taxes

While we currently focus on New Zealand, should international shipping be enabled:

• Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs fees.

• RAD MAG has no control over these charges.

• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the order is non-refundable as these costs are non-recoverable.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. For damaged goods, please include high-resolution photos of the packaging and product to expedite a replacement or refund.
