Why is the MOQ 15 units?
RAD MAG mounts are hand-finished in small batches in New Zealand. The 15-unit minimum lets us offer real trade margin without compromising on quality control or stretching production beyond what we can ship from NZ stock.
Do I need a physical shopfront to qualify?
No. We work with installers operating out of workshops, mobile fitters, and online specialists. What matters is that you fit or sell into a real automotive customer base — not flip stock on marketplaces.
Can I sell RAD MAG on Trade Me or Amazon?
No. To protect the brand and pricing for every dealer, marketplace listings (Trade Me, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress) are not permitted without written approval. Your own website and physical fit-out sales are fine.
How does pricing work?
Once approved, we send you a trade price list and a draft order for your first 15+ units. Larger first orders unlock better per-unit pricing. Pricing is reviewed annually.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Not as a default — trade orders ship in bulk to your address. If you have a specific drop-ship use case (e.g. shipping straight to a fleet customer), mention it in the form and we'll talk it through.
Do you ship outside New Zealand for trade?
Yes — we're happy to supply wholesalers internationally. Shipping costs and lead times will vary by destination; we'll confirm these when we send your trade quote. If you're outside NZ, just note your country in the application form and we'll factor it in.
