Every RAD MAG mount is hand-finished and tested in New Zealand. If yours isn't a perfect fit, you have a full 30 days to return it for a refund.

The clock starts the day your order arrives. Email sales@radmag.nz before day 30 to start your return.
Step 02
Same condition — adhesive off is fine
Unmarked, all original parts included. Removing the adhesive is expected — that’s how you test a mount.
Step 03
You cover return shipping
Arrange tracked return postage to our Auckland workshop. Faulty on arrival? We cover it — see below.
Step 04
Full refund after inspection
Inspected by the maker. Refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it back.

Arrived defective? We cover everything.
Email a photo to sales@radmag.nz within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement.
